By using our services, submitting an application for assistance, or engaging with Spark Your Journey, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Application Process and Eligibility

• All applications for assistance are subject to review and approval by Spark Your Journey. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason without the obligation to provide an explanation.

• Eligibility for assistance is determined solely by Spark Your Journey based on the information provided in the application. Any false or misleading information may result in the immediate termination of support.

• Applicants must provide accurate and complete information and notify us of any changes in their circumstances.

3. Provision of Assistance

• Spark Your Journey offers various forms of support, including but not limited to financial aid, mentorship, counseling, and resources. The type and extent of support provided are determined on a case-by-case basis.

• We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of the assistance provided. The effectiveness of the support depends on the applicant's active participation and effort.

4. Termination of Assistance

• Spark Your Journey reserves the right to terminate or suspend assistance at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where the recipient:

  • Fails to comply with the agreed-upon action plan.

  • Provides false or incomplete information.

  • Engages in behavior that is deemed inappropriate or counterproductive to the goals of the assistance.

  • No longer meets the eligibility criteria.

5. Volunteering and Contributions

• Volunteers agree to abide by Spark Your Journey’s policies and guidelines while offering their services. We reserve the right to terminate volunteer engagements at any time for any reason.

• Donations made to Spark Your Journey are non-refundable. We are committed to using all contributions responsibly to support our mission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Spark Your Journey, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services or the termination of assistance.

• We are not responsible for any external resources or services provided by third parties, even if coordinated through our action plans.

• Spark Your Journey is committed to protecting the privacy of applicants and volunteers. Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing assistance or coordinating volunteer activities and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

• Spark Your Journey reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
